The rebate is an amount of money that you, the client, receives after a 3-month period on the sale of all assets sold within 3-months from the collection date.

What Makes Us Unique?

The industry norm is to offer you a discount off the clearance fee so in the example above, they would say it costs £350, so they’ll discount the furniture by £75 meaning you only pay £275. We think this offers a poor return for the customer and our rebate method will return a greater value than £75 meaning the clearance fee of £350 could be completely paid back.

Clearance Rebate Example ...

We clear a school of office furniture. The cost of the clearance is £350. The school pays this to TRACOuk for the clearance service. Each asset is then logged on our bespoke ‘Smart Clear’ portal against the school’s unique customer number. Assets sold within 3 months of collection date awards the school 20% of the sale price. This money is then paid back to the school in one payment 3 months after the collection date.

'Smart Clear' Portal

You will receive a userid and password to your online 'smart clear' portal. Here you will see every asset we’ve logged and tell you if it was donated to charity, recycled or sold. It will show the expected value if sold based on your % return and the actual amount received post sale. Everything is tracked in real time meaning you can log in day and night and see how much money you’re making by clicking UPDATE on your clearance. It’s smart and responsive giving you management info that a skip company can’t!
