Our Client:

The Jet Business. Who we provided relocation, clearance and storage solutions.

The challenge?

Moving any business can be complicated, but when you throw into the mix, bespoke model jet aircraft worth 10’s of thousands, it’s fair to say it wasn’t an average move day!

The challenge was in 3 parts;
1) To relocate their stunning fuselage showroom and their IT laden offices, to new accommodation in Park Lane, London, with minimal interruption to the jet set business.
2) To store precious cargo such as sofas, chairs, kitchen equipment at our 24hr surveillance secured storage facility, and
3) To clear unwanted furniture and equipment they no longer had a use for.

The reason The Jet Business selected us, was because they wanted to see what they had in storage and our unique portal allow them 24/7 access to relinquish or order items back to their office at a touch of a button.

The solution?

The move led by Ops Manager, Andrew Jamieson, took 2 days to complete over a weekend, 3 trucks and a crew of 6. We deployed dollies, tubs on wheels and cages to relocate them as efficiently as possible. We cleared 2 safes, one weighing in over 500kg which had to be lifted up a set of steps to the vehicles. We understand balance and fulcrum sweet points where even 500kgs of weight can appear weightless. Using our experience and a commercial grade sack truck, the lift took 2 guys and went as planned with no damage to item or person.

The picture shows Steve Versano with Andrew and removal operative Steve with Margaret Thatchers old writing desk! It’s nostalgic to think what deals such as the good Friday peace accord would have been signed on this desk. The desk weighed over 300kg but using the right tools, we moved it safely and with ease.

Jason and his team are down to earth, flexible and get the job done“
